Logbook by Asset Track turns the trips a Wialon fleet already records into a driving logbook for tax reporting. Every trip arrives in one table and is marked business or personal. The app connects directly to Wialon through your account or token and does not store data outside Wialon, so the classification stays with the trip rather than in the browser.
Key capabilities:
- Trip table: every trip with times, addresses, duration, distance, speeds, odometer, CO2 and driver
- Classification: mark a trip business, personal, or unclassified written back to Wialon
- Bulk actions: assign a driver or apply the same note to any number of trips at once
- Filters: vehicles, drivers, groups, brand, model, plate, date range and time of day
- Exports: download the filtered table in XLSX or CSV for mileage claims and tax returns
